This 28-day course is intended to train individuals who are responsible for the design, development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance systems including SPC programs within an organisation.
The individual will also be able to facilitate, or be a team leader of an improvement team.

Learner must have completed Certified Quality Technician, TQM or equivalent programmes, or being RPL assessed for skills and experience.
