Overview

This 10-day course is intended for individuals who already operate as quality and lab practitioners with little or no experience in statistical process control (SPC),  process improvement techniques, and the fundamentals of quality management systems.

Any person who completed a management course and preferably having 3 or more years exposure in an operations environment.
